Information we use

UnitedCric stores account phone numbers, sign-in and security records, cricket profiles, team and tournament records, scoring activity, optional player photos, merchant listings, product inquiries, and private content-safety reports and review decisions. One-time passwords are short-lived and are never stored in plain text.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate accounts, operate matches and tournaments, publish scorecards and statistics, moderate marketplace listings, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.

Sharing and public information

Public scorecards, player profiles, tournament information, approved shops, and active products can be viewed by anyone. Phone numbers and private account records are not published. Product inquiries are shared with the relevant merchant. Content-safety reports, reporter identities, and review notes are restricted to platform administrators and authorised support access. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Security and sign-in records are retained for 90 days, product inquiries for 12 months after closure, rejected merchant applications for 12 months, and closed content-safety reports for 24 months unless a legal or safety hold applies. Published cricket records are retained as the historical sporting record unless correction or deletion is legally required. Backups expire after 35 days. Ask for access, correction, or deletion at support@example.com.

Children and player profiles

A parent, guardian, or authorised club representative should manage information for a child. Do not upload a child's photo without the required consent. Contact support to remove or correct a minor's profile.

Security and changes

We use access controls, encrypted transport, monitoring, backups, and audit records to protect the service. No system is completely secure. Material changes to this notice will be dated here.
