Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Open the mobile app and sign in.
2. Go to the Menu tab and tap Delete account.
3. Read what will be removed, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete my account.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. You are signed out on every device.

What is deleted

Your phone number, email, name, password, sign-in sessions, push notification tokens, notifications and notification settings, follows, your "looking for" posts, pending tournament join requests, tournament and merchant roles, and your place in conversations. Your player profile is unlinked from your account and its date of birth and location are cleared. Your phone number is released, so it can be used to create a new account later.

What is kept

Matches, scorecards, statistics, teams and tournaments are shared with other players, so they remain as part of the sporting record. Anything you created or sent there, including messages other people received, is shown as from a "Deleted user" and is no longer connected to your personal details.

Can't use the app?

Email support@example.com from the address or with the phone number linked to your account and ask for it to be deleted. We will verify the request and confirm when it is done.
